My name is Roni Lambrecht and I am an Independent Real Estate Agent specializing in working with residential buyers and sellers.
I’m in business to make deals that produce happy people on both sides of the table, thus producing positive results for everyone involved. It’s also my job to give you the best hints and tips I have, to make sure you get the best deal without sacrificing quality. I am dedicated to ongoing education and I give my clients as much education as they are willing to accept during their purchase, sale, or lease transaction.
A little bit about my career path prior to real estate… I have worked in several executive and administrative roles in financial securities and life insurance, construction, mortgage loan origination & processing, title closing & processing, window sales, and jewelry sales. I have run my own successful mortgage document preparation and loan closing company since 1997, and still do so. After receiving my Senior Certified Loan Closer Designation from the Colorado Association of Certified Closers, and my Certified Signing Agent Designation from the National Notary Association, I figured it was time to expand my horizons. The next logical step was to become an agent. “Why,” you ask? Well, I say, “Who better to serve you than one who has seen the good and bad in real estate; the one who has observed real estate agents, mortgage lenders, title companies, appraisers, builders, inspectors, and surveyors at their best, and, sadly, also at their worst?“
I have always believed that when you are searching for a doctor, you ask that doctor’s nurse if he/she takes their own kids there. Do they trust that doctor for their own medical needs? If they do, then I’ll go there, because I know that nurses see things as they really are; the things we non-doctors and non-nurses never see. Thus, I believe when you are looking for a fabulous Real Estate Agent or Mortgage Lender, you ask a Loan Closer or a Title Closer. Why? Because closers are the ones who see things the way they really are. Closers know whether or not Agents and Mortgage Lenders are looking out for your best interests. They see documents regarding real estate and mortgage loan transactions every day. They know if their clients follow the letter of the law, or if they just get by within the gray-area. If you want a great referral in real estate – always ask a closer!!!
I am also a true believer in making sure we feed the people who feed us. Therefore, I am always referring people who have done a good job for me, in my home, in my business, or for someone I trust in their own home or business, because I think great people should work together to make the world a better place.
On a personal level, I am happily married to John Lambrecht, my soul mate♥♥♥. We had a beautiful son, Dalton, for 15 amazing years. He left for Heaven just after Christmas 2013. He taught us something new every day he was here on Earth, and we believe he’s doing the same for everyone in Heaven now. Dalton lived his short life with the intent to create smiles, laughter, and happiness by sharing his kind spirit and helping others through tough times, and John and I continue that legacy by paying it forward each day to those who inspire us. If you’ve ever heard the song, “Chain of Love,” by Clay Walker, you understand what I mean.
Like you, my life is fast-paced and there never seems to be enough time to do all the things I want to do, but I’m always counting my blessings that I have the ability to do what I can. We are avid ATVers and spend time camping in our 5th wheel as much as time allows. Additionally, we also released our books, Parenting At Your Best and A Parent’s Guide for Journaling to Their Child in 2016, in hopes to help parents communicate better with their children based on our experiences with Dalton, as well as our time here on Earth without him.

The South Metro Advanced REALTOR® Training Designation, or SMART Designation, is designed to reward and provide recognition to SMDRA REALTOR® Members who exceed continuing education requirements as set forth by Colorado’s Real Estate Commission.
CMRS = Certified Military Residential Specialist™ = I have completed the classes required to assist with excellence any Active Military and Veterans in procuring a home in Colorado. This is a way to honor the men and women of the United States military and their families, for their service to our nation, and to fulfill the obligation we have to each and every one of these heroes for the freedoms we enjoy.
SFR = Short Sale & Foreclosure Resource = I have completed the classes which allow me to work with short sale/foreclosure buyers and sellers.
TRC = Transnational Referral Certification = I have completed the classes which allow me to work with real estate agents internationally on a referral basis. This also allows me to advertise all of my listings internationally and search listings internationally.
MCP = Metrolist Certified Professional = A Realtor® who has completed all the required classes to become an expert at using the MLS property search system for the Denver-Metro area.
SCLC = Senior Certified Loan Closer = Earned by first receiving the Certified Loan Closer Designation by having completed 3 years in the closing profession, attending over 120 hours of classes and then taking a 6-hour exam with an oral closing room exam. Then, earning a Senior Designation after an additional 5 years in the closing profession and an additional 120 hours of classes.
CNSA = Certified & Background Screened Notary Signing Agent = This designation means I can notarize documents in relation to a loan closing with expertise, knowing exactly what the documents mean, and what my duties are as a Notary for the State of Colorado. I took an exam online and went through a thorough background check to receive this designation.
